Our numbers are strictly limited. We don’t accept dangerous or unpredictable breeds of dogs.

Looking after un-neutered males and bitches in season can be difficult, and there might be occasions when we might be unable to accommodate them.

Our guests must have current vaccinations & we ask that they’re inoculated against kennel cough.

Terms and Conditions

You will be charged daily rates rather than nightly rates and the minimum booking is two days, (exceptions made under certain conditions)

Dogs to Stay cannot accept bookings for badly behaved or aggressive animals. Dogs to Stay may terminate an engagement immediately if it is reasonably thought that a dog is badly behaved or aggressive either towards humans, animals or property. You will be liable if your pet injures a third party.

Your dog will not be walked off the lead without your prior authority and always at your risk.

Proof of vaccinations are required by Dogs to Stay. Kennel cough vaccination is not compulsory but is advisable.

You must ensure that your dog is in good health and free from fleas and is adequately wormed. If your Dogs to Stay believes your dog is not in good health we reserve the right to seek veterinary advice on your behalf and you will be liable for the veterinary fees.

If it becomes necessary, your animal will be taken to a veterinary surgeon. You are responsible for any fees that are reasonably incurred during your absence or during the course of an assignment.

No booking can be confirmed until a deposit has been received.


Health and Welfare Guidelines

Proof of full vaccination is required. Kennel cough vaccine is not compulsory but is advisable and it is at the owners own risk if the dog is not vaccinated against kennel cough. You must take along your dogs vaccination certificate when you meet your dogs carer to prove all vaccinations are up to date.

You must de-flea and worm your dog before each booking.

All pet foods and medications are to be provided by the client.

For each dog provide adequate food to last the duration of its stay, a feeding bowl, some bedding, a special toy of his, medication if necessary, a lead and collar, any special treats, and written notes on his routine.

Dogs to Stay charges a daily rate not a nightly rate and has a minimum booking period of two days. All bookings where the pet stays one night will be charged as two days.

Dogs to Stay Owner/s Agreement

 I, (name of owner) hereby certify that my dog/s is (are) in good health and has (have) not been ill with any communicable condition in the last 30 days.

I hereby certify that my dog/s has (have) not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person or any other dog.

I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog/s to another dog or staff member while my dog/s is/are attending Dogs to Stay.

I agree to release Dogs to Stay staff of any liability for any problems which may develop, provided reasonable care and precautions are followed and I hereby release them of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dog/s attendance and participation at the facility. 

I am happy for my dog/s to socialise with other dogs at Dogs to Stay and for them to integrate with the resident dogs.

I understand and agree that any problems which develop with my dog/s will be treated as deemed best by staff of Dogs to Stay at their sole discretion, and that I give Dogs to Stay authority to make medical decisions in an emergency (subject to them being unable to contact me or any other party detailed on the Dogs to Stay checklist) and that I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved.

I understand that a deposit of 50% of the booking fee is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable upon delivery of the dog/s.  In the event of the booking being cancelled 50% of the deposit shall be refunded if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the planned arrival date – if the booking is cancelled after this time the deposit is non-refundable.

I further understand that Dogs to Stay reserves the right to refuse admittance to any dog for any reason, and that no aggressive dogs will be allowed to attend the facility.

I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to the policies, conditions, and statements of Dogs to Stay as set forth in this Owner Agreement, including the following:

Daycare and Boarding are available year round.

Reservations for daycare and boarding are required.

Daycare hours are 8 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 4 pm Saturday & Sunday. 

Any dog that has not been picked up from daycare by the end of day care hours will be charged a £5.00 late fee. 

Any dog not picked up 30 minutes after daycare hours have ended will be considered to be a boarding dog and will charged accordingly.

A Dogs to Stay Client Agreement must be completed, signed and received by Dogs to Stay prior to a dog's arrival.

A Dogs to Stay Checklist must be completed received by Dogs to Stay prior to a dog's arrival.

In the event of any booking 50% of the fee is to be paid at the time of booking with the balance payable on arrival.

Grooming is available by appointment only.
